This is an existing Hyundai 30,000 SF dealership that needed a renovated showroom to comply with updated company image. The 12,000 SF showroom received new curtain walls, finishes, electrical, mechanical & plumbing equipment with a more open plan layout. The service drive was expanded to include more serviced vehicles in a heated space. Additional site work and EV chargers were included with the demand of electric vehicles.
