This innovative 8 floor mixed used project, housing 30 units of affordable housing and an early childhood development center, is Passive house & LEED platinum certified in the Bronx. The façade is playful with mixed brick and metal panel configuration. Roof photovoltaics, water retention, efficient mechanical / electrical equipment, and fully sealed and insulated exterior of min R-25 are all examples how the building tries to minimize its carbon footprint.
