At its time it was one of the largest passive house projects in the country covering over 154 units of affordable housing in the Bronx neighborhood. Roof photovoltaics, water retention, efficient mechanical / electrical equipment, and fully sealed and insulated exterior of min R-25 are all examples how the building tries to minimize its carbon footprint.
