This is an existing Mazda dealership that needed a renovated showroom and extended service drive to comply with updated company image. The 27,000 SF showroom received new curtain walls, finishes, electrical, mechanical & plumbing equipment with a more open plan layout. Additional site work and EV chargers were included with the demand of electric vehicles.
