This is an existing 83,000 SF multiple floor BMW dealership in upstate New York. The scope was to renovate the 9,300 SF showroom with a large open plan sales area, modern customer lounge, and expanded service drive. The complexity of this project was fix leak issues and provide a modern BMW design while keeping all fire protection standards in a multiple floor automotive facility.
