This is a conceptual apartment building with 16 units in the center of Trenque Lauquen on a lot size of 6.6m (21ft) x 50m (164ft).
The project consists of two residential towers, private and public roof terraces, gym amenities, interior courtyards with a flower garden and a commercial rental space at the entrance.
