This is an existing Hyundai 30,000 SF dealership that needed a renovated showroom to comply with updated company image. The 11,000 SF showroom received new curtain walls, finishes, electrical, mechanical & plumbing equipment with a more open plan layout. The existing service drive was enclosed for heated service write-ups. Additional site work and EV chargers were included with the demand of electric vehicles.
